My wife and I were having the same conversation again......Do we buy new carpet and a new sectional sofa or try to find someone to clean them??? Our fabric sofa and beige carpet are more than 13 years old....the carpet needed re-stretching as well. I saw Days Carpet Care ad in the paper and went online to check them out.....Then I called and talked with Brenda ....she assured me that they do a professional job and she set up an appointment(at our convenience)for the measurements and estimate and asked if their techs could come prepared to do the job that day if everything was satisfactory.......I told her yes. I received a courtesy call from Becky the night before our appointment as a reminder....the next morning, Thomas and Scott were on time and took measurements and explained to our satisfaction what they would do.....we agreed on the price quote and they went to work right away.....they re-streched and cleaned our Master Bedroom carpet, cleaned Dining Room and Den carpet, and cleaned our sectional sofa for a price less than a medium-range Rocker/Recliner. Thomas and Scott are very professional and they do an excellent job......our 13 year old carpet and sofa look great.....thanks for saving us hundreds of dollars for new carpet and furniture.....We highly recommend Days Carpet Care!! I have used Days Carpet care twice, and on both occasions have seen very professional behavior from the techs that have been sent to my house. They have cleaned the furniture and the carpets and one one occasion I found a spot that we overlooked and called them back. They were out that day to take care of it. My carpets never looked better.

During the holidays I noticed that our carpet, that had only been down for 5 years, had some places that were starting to roll up. The carpet needed to be re-stretched. I called a local carpet dealer in Anderson to see what could be done and he recommended Days Carpet Care. He said he had heard a lot of good things about them. I called them and they sent Thomas out the Monday after Christmas. He was very good to explain to me what he could do, how he would do it, and how long it would take. He then answered any other questions that I had. I asked how much it would be to clean it while he was here and the price was so reasonable I couldn't turn it down. So, as I said, it was the holidays and my wife didn't want to take the Christmas tree down until after new years, but I wanted the job done before I went back to work. I talked to Thomas about this and after he talked to the office they called and said they could do it Saturday. That way the tree stays up until New Years and I get it done before Monday. Thomas showed up Saturday, right on time, just like the day he came for the estimate, and did the job in the amount of time he said it would take. He was very professional and friendly and did a great job! I will not hesitate to use Days Carpet Care again. My wife and I love the job they did. First class.

During the night, my large dog became sick, had diarrhea, and made a mess of my living room, hallway, and bathroom carpet. It was ugly! I called Days Carpet Cleaning on Sunday and told Brenda about my problem. Thomas showed up within two hours, on Sunday, and went to work. When he left, the carpet was like new and dry. Not only did they move the furniture and replace it with protective padding, they worked quickly to pre-treat the spots so that even the heavily traveled areas looked like new carpet!
